《摩登家庭》S10E12：“酸葡萄心理”英語怎麼說？
海莉打算雙胞胎出生後，再搬去父母家。
菲爾和克萊爾此刻在家苦練騎自行車和意大利語，等海莉搬進來，他們就去歐洲騎車穿越意大利，省得在家照顧煩人的嬰兒。
沒想到計劃不如變化快，海莉提前搬了過來。一同過來的除了迪蘭，還有迪蘭和前妻的一對雙胞胎，以及素未謀面的迪蘭母親法拉。
1. saddle sb with sth
saddle可以表示“馬鞍；（自行車、摩托車等的）車座，鞍座“。
注意，騎馬是in the saddle，而不是on the saddle。
另外，in the saddle還有“掌握，控制“的意思，等於in charge或者in control。
The chairman is back in the saddle after his heart attack.
心臟病痊癒之後，主席又重新掌權了。
saddle sb with sth形容使（某人）負擔，使（某人）承擔（重任或難題）。
The company is saddled with debt.
公司負債累累。
2. heartening
形容某件事讓人振奮，可以說it's heartening that……。
It was heartening to see so many people at the rally.
看到有這麼多人蔘加集會真是令人很振奮。
3. sour grapes
英語裏形容由於得不到而貶低某物，可以直接說sour grapes，也就是我們熟悉的“吃不着葡萄說葡萄酸“。
I don't think it's such a great job - and that's not just sour grapes because I didn't get it.
我認爲這份工作不怎麼樣——我可不是因爲吃不着葡萄說葡萄酸。
baloney和nonsense一樣，就是胡說八道。
That's a bunch of baloney if you ask me.
如果你問我，我會說那是一派胡言。
