BEIJING - Chinese lawmakers are drafting a bill on the use of the National anthem, the Commission for Legislative Affairs of the National People's Congress (NPC) Standing Committee said Monday.

全國人大常委會法制工作委員會週一表示，目前人大代表正在起草國歌法草案。

【講解】

national anthem是國歌。
國歌法草案（draft law）將於今年6月提交（submit）全國人大常委會（National People's Congress Standing Committee）會議初次審議（first reading）。
我國分別於1990年和1991年制定了國旗（national flag）法和國徽（national emblem）法，但至今對國歌卻仍未專門立法。國歌《義勇軍進行曲》（March of the Volunteers）由田漢作詞（lyric）、聶耳作曲（compose）。
2014年，中共中央辦公廳、國務院辦公廳印發《關於規範國歌奏唱禮儀（proper etiquette for the national anthem）的實施意見》，規定私人婚喪（funerals）慶悼，舞會（ball）、聯誼會等娛樂活動（entertainment activities），商業活動，非政治性節慶活動（non-political functions），其他在活動性質或者氣氛上不適宜的場合，不得奏唱國歌。
依據《中華人民共和國廣告法》（China's Advertisement Law），廣告商（advertiser）禁止（off limits）使用國歌。
