回族的風俗

The Hui ethnic group is one of China's largest ethnic groups. The Hui people take Chinese as their common language and wear very similar clothing with Hans. Their distinctive headgear is the main difference. Hui men traditionally wear a white skullcap and the women often wear a veil, keeping their faces covered.

回族是中國最大的少數民族之一。回族人把中文作爲他們共同的語言，穿着與漢族非常相似。其獨特的頭飾是主要區別。回族傳統男人戴白色無邊冒和女性通常戴面紗，遮住她們的臉。

The religion of the Huis is Islam. Moslems pray and hold religion activities in a mosque. The mosque is also a symbol of Hui architecture. The Hui eat rice and wheat as staples,along with beef,mutton,chicken,fish and various vegetables. Other types of meat such as horse, donkey, mule, dog and other ferocious birds and animals,as well as animals,which have died,are forbidden. Pork is especially forbidden.

回族的宗教是伊斯蘭教。穆斯林在清真寺祈禱和舉行宗教活動。該清真寺也是回族建築的象徵。回族以吃大米和小麥作爲主食，以及牛肉，羊肉，雞肉，魚和各種蔬菜。其他種類的肉，如馬，驢，騾，狗等兇猛的鳥類和動物，死了的牲畜是被禁止的。特別是豬肉是禁止的。
