The Wedding Ceremony
婚禮儀式The wedding ceremony itself was simple. Bride and groom were led to the family altar,to pay homage to Heaven and Earth,the family ancestors and the Kitchen God. Tea,with two lotus seeds or two red dates in the cup, was offered to the groom's parents. Bride and groom bowed to each other and the marriage ceremony was completed. In some regions both also drank wine from the same goblet,ate sugar molded in the form of a rooster, and shared the wedding dinner.
婚禮儀式本身很簡單。新娘和新郎牽着去家庭祭壇，祭奠天地，家族祖先和竈神。在杯中有兩個蓮子或兩個紅棗的茶，是給新郎的父母喝的。新娘和新郎夫妻對拜結婚儀式完成。在一些地區，也用這兩個高腳杯喝交杯酒，吃糖做成的公雞，並分享婚禮晚宴。
