Narrator : 大家好！ 歡迎回到Tip Top 貿易公司的辦公室。Anna 的面試還在進行中呢！老闆Paul 之前問 Anna 爲什麼她應該得到這份工作？她最先的回答是：

Anna: Errr... mmmmm...

Narrator: 然後她說了：

Anna: Mmmm... errr...

Narrator: 現在她說的是：

Anna: Well, errrr... I'm errr.

Narrator: 怎麼搞的？ Anna! 如果你突然卡住了，想不出恰當的表達，這時就得趕快換一種表達方式。
