依據市交通局的一項新規，上海的出租車司機將被禁止通過具有價外加價功能的手機叫車軟件來接客。
上海市交通港口管理局近日出臺了出租車叫車管理規定。規定中寫道由第三方手機叫車軟件提供的叫車服務應當與出租車公司的派車中心相整合。
在北京和上海等一些大城市，要在高峯時間叫輛出租車可不簡單。手機叫車軟件因此而變得越來越流行。有了這些軟件，用戶便可向司機支付小費，也可以就路費跟司機砍砍價錢。
