近日，高德地圖發佈2017年第一季度中國“堵城”排行榜，濟南因爲“全城修路”成爲“首堵之城”。數據顯示，新一季度堵城TOP10依次爲濟南、哈爾濱、呼和浩特、北京、佛山、重慶、昆明、鄭州、合肥、南寧。

Jinan city has failed to shed its unwanted title as "the most congested Chinese city". For people living in the capital city of East China's Shandong province, they have to allow an extra 30 minutes during morning and evening rush hours, according to a report on transportation conditions in major Chinese cities in the first quarter of 2017.

濟南市沒能摘掉“中國最擁堵城市”這一他們並不想要的頭銜。據2017年第一季度中國主要城市交通狀況報告顯示，生活在中國東部山東省省會濟南市的民衆，如果在早晚高峯時段出門，那必須要提前30分鐘。

高德地圖發佈的報告顯示，中國二三線城市（second and third-tier cities）城市擁堵（traffic congestion）加劇，而一線城市擁堵緩解（ease）。
報告指出，由於共享單車（shared-bicycle）騎行者的增加，一線城市5公里以內（the roads within 5 kilometers）自駕、網約車出行趨勢明顯下降。
由於受降雪（downfalls of snow）影響，三線城市呼和浩特進入擁堵城市（traffic-clogged cities）排行榜的前三名，高峯擁堵（rush-hour congestion）延時指數（time-delay index）達到了1.91。
深圳和杭州在緩解擁堵（ease congestion）上取得了重大進步，兩座城市均跌出（drop out of）前十。
