The first meeting was in a hall with lots of politicians and activists.
We held an election for speaker and I won!
我們投票選擇發言人，我獲選了！It was strange to stand up there on the stage and have people address me as Madam Speaker, but it felt good to have our voices heard.
在演講臺上挺起腰板，成爲衆人眼中的“發言人女士”的感覺有些奇怪。但是，我們的聲音能被聽見，這感覺很好。
The assembly was elected for a year and we met almost every month.
大會代表的任期是一年，我們幾乎每個月都會見面。We passed nine resolutions calling for an end to child labour and asking for help to send the disabled and street children to school, as well as for the reconstruction of all the schools destroyed by the Taliban.
我們通過了九項決議，其中包括要求終止童工，並希望在大家的幫助下，讓行動不便或流落街頭的孩子上學，以及重建所有被塔利班摧毀的學校。Once the resolutions were agreed, they were sent to officials and a handful were even acted on.
