俄羅斯驅逐60名美國外交官
Russia will close the American consulate in St Petersburg and expel diplomats in retaliation over the expulsion of scores of Russian diplomats from the US, Canada and the European Union earlier this week.

Russia will be expelling the same number of diplomats in return, said Mr Lavrov.
拉夫羅夫表示，俄羅斯將驅逐相同數量的外交官作爲回敬。Moscow has railed against the UK for accusing the Russian government of the attack against Mr Skripal and his daughter Yulia with a military-grade nerve agent developed in the Soviet Union.

London has said Moscow was to blame for the attack with a high degree of certainty because it was the only actor that had the capability, a motive and a record of such assassinations. Earlier on Thursday, a Russian foreign ministry spokeswoman called these allegations “a world-class fake” and accused the UK of engaging in “legal nihilism”.
英國表示，幾乎可以確定的是，俄羅斯要對這次襲擊事件負責，因爲它是唯一擁有實施此類暗殺的能力、動機和記錄的一方。週四早些時候，俄羅斯外交部一位女發言人將這些指控稱爲“世界級造假”，並指責英國祭出“法律虛無主義”。Mr Lavrov said the US was being notified of Moscow’s response to the diplomatic sanctions as he was speaking.
