這些英語習語，一眼看透你的健康
如今身體狀況已經成爲不可忽視的話題了，今天英語君就介紹一些和健康息息相關的英語習語。
1. be (as) fit as a fiddle
1. 非常健康
黃老闆在《Galway Girl》裏唱到：
She played the fiddle in an Irish band
她在一支愛爾蘭樂隊演奏小提琴
有人說，小提琴是樂器中的貴族，所以要精心保養才行。
由此可知，和小提琴一樣fit（健壯的，健康的），就是非常健康的意思啦。
My grandmother's 89, but she's as fit as a fiddle.
我祖母已經89歲了，但身體仍很健康。

2. 健康範本
picture除了表示“圖畫；照片”，還有“化身；體現；典型”的意思，所以這個習語就有“健康的化身”的意思。
That boy is the picture of health.
那男孩非常健康。
3. have a splitting headache
3.頭痛欲裂
這個詞組簡直是爲偏頭痛患者準備的啊。split表示裂開，用來形容頭痛欲裂想撞牆很合適啦。
I had a splitting headache last night.
昨晚我頭痛得厲害。
4. be/feel under the weather
4. 生病；覺得不舒服
這個習語大家很熟悉了，關於這個習語的起源有這麼一種說法：18世紀中期，人們出海遭受暴風雨天氣，很多人就會暈船生病，under the weather就受天氣影響的意思。
I'm feeling a bit under the weather - I think I'm getting a cold.
我覺得有點不舒服——可能是感冒了。
5. take a turn for the better/worse
5. 突然好轉／惡化
這個習語很好理解，turn表示轉向，轉彎，take a ... turn就是“朝…發生變化”的意思。

這個習語在英國通常表示自然死亡。

10. 看起來／感覺病得不輕
warm up表示“活躍起來；熱身”，死亡都在熱身了，恐怖吧！
