TikTok已拒絕微軟收購

Microsoft on Sunday said ByteDance will not be selling TikTok's US operations to the company.

微軟9月13日表示，字節跳動不會將TikTok美國業務出售給微軟。

"ByteDance let us know today they would not be selling TikTok's US operations to Microsoft. We are confident our proposal would have been good for TikTok's users, while protecting national security interests," Microsoft said in a statement.

微軟在一份聲明中表示：“字節跳動今日已通知我們，不會將TikTok美國業務出售給微軟。我們相信我們的提議將在保護國家安全利益的同時有利於TikTok用戶。”

Another bidder for the wildly popular social media platform, Oracle, is gaining the upper hand as its negotiations for TikTok's US operations have intensified in recent days, Bloomberg reported.

彭博社援引知情人士的消息稱，競購這家廣受歡迎的社交媒體平臺的另一家公司——甲骨文近日正在加緊有關TikTok美國業務的談判，該公司在競購事宜上正取得優勢。

US President Donald Trump set a deadline last month for TikTok to be sold to a US company by Sept 20 or face a ban.

美國總統特朗普上月設定9月20日爲最後期限，要求字節跳動在這之前將TikTok出售給美國公司，否則該平臺將遭禁用。
