2. bark up the wrong tree

一般來說是“be barking up the wrong tree”，這是口語裏的表達，表示“找錯了原因；用錯了方法”。

3. roll into

roll可以表示“滾動；滾移；飄移”，搭配不同的副詞當然有不同意思啦：
