領導坐陰涼處慰問烈日下的環衛工引網友熱議

At first glance, the picture looks nothing in particular but an ordinary outdoor meeting.

乍一看，這張照片並沒有什麼特殊之處，只不過是一次戶外會議。

But take a closer look, something in this picture is not at all ordinary: While apparently rows of people are seen standing under the sun, there are another row of people sitting on the far right side of the photo, in the shade.

但是一近看，你就會發現不平常之處：很明顯的是，幾排人站在太陽底下，而照片最右側的另一排人則坐在陰涼處。

This is a picture taken during an outdoor meeting held by the Nanchang city's Appearance and Environment Sanitation Administrative Bureau in southeastern China's Jiangxi Province recently.

這張照片拍攝於一次由中國東南部江西省南昌市的市容環境管理局近期舉行的一次戶外會議上。

It was meant to be a bonding meeting between the team of street cleaners and their leaders, so that the leaders had an opportunity to learn more about the jobs of the street cleaners.

此次會議本意是爲了增進環衛工隊伍和他們的領導之間的瞭解，讓領導們有機會去更多的瞭解關於環衛工的工作情況。

But the photo has gone viral online since August 11, with netizens criticizing how on earth the leaders could let their workers stand under the scorching sun while they sat comfortably in the shade.

但是自8月11日以來，這張照片在網上被瘋傳，網友們紛紛指責領導們怎麼可以讓員工站在洋洋烈日之下，而自己卻舒服地坐在陰涼處。

A spokesperson surnamed Lu of the local government later explained that the meeting merely took five minutes, and the intention was meant to be good and positive.

當地一位姓盧的政府發言人隨後解釋道，會議只持續了5分鐘，其意圖是向好的、積極的。

He added that "leaders even personally distributed green beans and rock candies to the street cleaners one by one so to show their goodwill". And they also explain to the street cleaners how to take preliminary measures to avoid heatstroke.

他還補充說道："領導們甚至還親自一一給環衛工發放綠豆和冰糖。他們還向街道環衛工講解瞭如何採取預防措施避免中暑。"

"Please don't make a fuss over one picture," Lu said.

盧某表示："請不要對一張照片大做文章"。
