這種吃法在西班牙叫 tapas，在土耳其和中東就叫 mezze

Mezze is not a single item; rather, it’s a collection of small plates of different foods. Hot, cold, meats, veggies – you name it, it’s served as mezze! It’s essentially the appetizer course, and, depending on the restaurant, is offered on a large tray where you can select each plate that looks appetizing. It’s an excellent way to sample a variety of dishes such as spreads, stuffed grape leaves, and so much more.
Mezze不是一種食物，而是不同食物的拼盤。熱的、冷的、肉類、蔬菜，你能想到的，都可以作爲mezze！它本質上是一道開胃菜，在不同的餐館裏，你可以選擇每一種看起來很開胃的食品並放在一個大托盤上。這是品嚐各種菜餚的好方法，比如醬汁、釀葡萄葉等等。
