中央經濟工作會議結束 明年着重防範金融風險

Fending off financial risks "in some key sectors" will receive more attention while ensuring economic growth next year, said a statement released after the three-day Central Economic Work Conference, which ended last Friday.

爲期三天的中央經濟工作會議於上週五結束。根據會後發佈的聲明，我國明年在確保經濟增速的同時，將把更多注意力用於防範"一些關鍵領域"的金融風險。

The government will step up efforts to prevent asset bubbles and improve regulation, the statement said.

聲明稱，政府將加大力度防止資產泡沫，改進監管。

Next year's key challenges include risks in the property sector, and old issues that have yet to be resolved, such as banks' growing number of bad loans amid credit expansion, said Xie Yaxuan, chief economist at China Merchants Securities.

招商證券首席經濟學家謝亞軒稱，明年的關鍵挑戰包括房地產領域的風險以及一些亟待解決的老問題，譬如在信貸擴張背景下銀行的不良貸款上升等。

"The good thing is that the government has realized the potential risks in the property sector and has taken steps to stabilize market expectations, "said Xie.

謝亞軒表示：“好的一面是，政府已經意識到房地產行業的潛在風險，並已採取措施穩定市場預期。”

Song Yu, chief China economist at Morgan Stanley, said that such policies would help limit speculative behavior to some extent.

摩根斯坦利中國首席經濟學家宋玉表示，這些政策將在一定程度上有助於限制投機行爲。

Yan Yuejin, a senior researcher at E-house China Research and Development Institute, said the prudent and neutral monetary policy prescribed in the statement would help curb speculative investment.

易居中國高級研究員嚴躍進表示，聲明中規定的審慎和中性貨幣政策將有助於遏制投機性投資。

Yan expected the central government would increase the regulation of money flowing into the property sector next year.
