朝鮮將張成澤解除一切職務並開除出黨

North Korea confirmed on Monday the purge of Jang Song Thaek, the uncle of dictator Kim Jong Un and No. 2 leader in the regime.

朝鮮政府週一證實，最高領導人金正恩(Kim Jong Un)的姑父、朝鮮第二號人物張成澤(Jang Song Thaek)已被解除一切職務並開除出黨。

A meeting of top officials of the ruling Workers' Party on Sunday decided to expel Mr. Jang from the party and strip him of all titles for anti-state crimes, according to a report from North Korea's official Korean Central News Agency.

據朝鮮官方媒體朝鮮中央通訊社(Korean Central News Agency, 簡稱：朝中社)報道，朝鮮勞動黨中央政治局擴大會議於週日舉行，會議宣佈解除張成澤一切職務並開除出黨。

The removal of Mr. Jang marks the highest level purge in the North Korean regime since Mr. Kim came to power at the end of 2011 following the death of his father, Kim Jong Il.

張成澤是金正恩2011年底掌權以來清洗的最高級別朝鮮官員。

South Korea's spy agency told lawmakers on Dec. 3 that it suspected Mr. Jang had been deposed, raising concerns of instability in the North. South Korea's Defense Minister Kim Kwan-jin subsequently said their were no signs of unrest or unusual military movements.

韓國間諜機構12月3日曾告知議員，張成澤可能已被革職，這引發了朝鮮國內局勢可能出現動盪的擔憂。韓國國防部長金寬鎮(Kim Kwan-jin)隨後稱，朝方並未出現動盪或反常軍事行動的跡象。

Mr. Jang, 67 years old, was vice chairman of North Korea's highest decision-making body, the National Defense Commission. Related to Mr. Kim through his marriage to former ruler Kim Jong Il's sister, Mr. Jang has long been a senior figure in the North Korean regime. He is widely believed to have played a central role in helping Kim Jong Un take control of the country.

現年67歲的張成澤是朝鮮最高決策機構國防委員會(National Defense Commission)副委員長。他是朝鮮前最高領導人金正日(Kim Jong Il)的妹夫，一直是朝鮮的實權人物。外界普遍認爲，張成澤是幫助金正恩順利接班的核心人物。

The meeting of senior party officials said Mr. Jang and his associates were guilty of 'anti-party, counter-revolutionary factional acts,' including disobeying orders issued by Mr. Kim.

勞動黨中央政治局擴大會議宣佈，張成澤一夥有反黨反革命行爲，其中包括不服從最高領導人金正恩的命令。

The report of the meeting said Mr. Jang and his group committed 'act(s) of treachery as selling off precious resources of the country at cheap prices.' Mr. Jang was also accused of drug-taking, improper relations with women and squandering of foreign currency at casinos in foreign countries.

據報道，會議稱，張成澤及其黨羽犯下了叛國罪行，廉價出售寶貴國家資源。張成澤的罪名還包括吸毒、與女性搞不正當關係、在外國賭場肆意揮霍外幣等。

The meeting adopted a decision to relieve 'Jang of all posts, depriving him of all titles and expelling him and removing his name from the Workers' Party of Korea,' the report said.

報道稱，會議通過了黨中央委員會政治局決議，決定解除張成澤一切職務，剝奪一切稱號，將其開除出黨。

The report didn't say whether Mr. Jang would receive further punishment. South Korean media have reported that his relatives living abroad have returned to North Korea and one aide may be seeking asylum in the South Korean embassy in China.

報道未透露張成澤是否將受到進一步懲罰。韓國媒體此前報道稱，張成澤居住在國外的親屬已經返回朝鮮，一名親信可能正向韓國駐華大使館尋求庇護。

Since taking power, Mr. Kim has moved to replace many military leaders and other officials who served under his father. In October, North Korea appointed its fourth top military general in a little over a year.

金正恩在掌權之後撤換了多名在他父親麾下效命的軍隊領導人和其他官員。今年10月份，朝鮮一年多來第四次任命軍方首長。

Mr. Jang was frequently seen with both Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un on domestic trips and traveled out of the country with the former leader. Analysts have viewed him as a central figure in North Korea's efforts to revive its economy and some see him as an advocate of Chinese-style economic reforms.

張成澤曾多次陪同金正日、金正恩在國內露面，還曾經陪同金正日出國訪問。分析人士們將張成澤視爲朝鮮振興經濟的核心人物，一些人士還認爲他是中國式經濟改革的倡導者。
