L: you look in the pink these days. Have you come back from a holiday?

K: no, I've been bogged down in the mire of office work.

L: so have I. But by contrast, I'm deadbeat after work each day. All I want then is a good rest. Otherwise, I would feel unfit all over.

K: yes, you really look off color today.

L: tell me then, how do you manage to keep so healthy?

K: it's very simple. You need to spend a while exercising every day. I don't like being a couch potato, even though I may be worn out after work. You don't get too much exercise sitting there all day long.

L: so you spend your leisure time with sports. Did you join any health club?

K: no, I'm afraid that going to bodybuilding centers is too costly. You can keep in good shape just as well on your own. There are various occasions during which you may have a strecth. For instance, at a toliet break, you may stretch out your limbs, turn around your neck, and hop in place for a couple of minutes. They will work wonders, and turn you into a fresh man.

L: anything special with your diet then?

K: nothing, I assure you, as we have the same box lunch every day. But I'm in a hiabit of taking a 20-minute stroll after meal. It is good for digestion.

L: yes. An old saying goes like this:"Take a stroll after each meal, and you can live as long as you will."
