1. third time’s a charm

exp. The belief or hope that the third attempt at something will be successful. （第三次嘗試會成功的信念或希望，事不過三）

e.g. I hope the third time's a charm—I've already failed this test twice already!

我希望這項實驗第三次嘗試成功，我已經失敗2次了。

Angrily I consoled myself with the thought of the third time’s a charm.

我氣得只好用壞事不過三的想法來安慰自己。

2. seventh heaven

exp. A state of bliss or extreme happiness. （極樂狀態，非常快樂，七重天）

e.g. I've been in seventh heaven ever since I got engaged!

自從我訂婚以來，我一直很幸福！

e.g. A spa treatment in a luxury hotel with no kids—this is seventh heaven!

在沒有小孩的豪華酒店裏的水療真是到了人間天堂。

e.g. After the handsome boy asked her for a date, she was in seventh heaven.
