華爲或將在2021年推出自動駕駛汽車大綱
Huawei has hit the headlines several times over the last few months - and not for the best reasons.
華爲在過去幾個月裏多次登上頭條，但都不是因爲什麼好事。
The tech giant’s smartphone business took a huge knock, after Google revealed that it was blocking Huawei from using several apps, as well as its operating system, on its phones.
這家科技巨頭的智能手機業務遭受重創，因爲谷歌表示要禁止華爲使用其幾款應用，也禁止華爲手機使用其操作系統。
Following the news, it seems that Huawei is looking at its other options beyond smartphones, and could even launch its own self-driving car.
隨着這一消息的傳出，華爲好像要尋求智能手機之外的其他業務，甚至還要推出自己的自動駕駛汽車。
Speaking to the Financial Times , Huawei revealed plans to launch a self-driving car as early as 2021.
華爲向《金融時報》透露計劃最早於2021年推出自動駕駛汽車。
Dang Wenshuan, Huawei’s chief strategy architect, explained that Huawei is working with both Audi and Toyota to develop the vehicles.
華爲首席戰略架構師黨文栓解釋說華爲正和奧迪、豐田兩家公司合作研發自動駕駛汽車。

He said: “From my understanding, we are working together to have a car that will be shipped in the year 2021 or 2022 using these [autonomous driving] components.
他說：“據我所知，我們正利用這些（自動駕駛）零部件合作生產一輛汽車，有望在2021年或2022年出貨。”
"This will be in China, but not only in China . . . it will also be in Europe.”
“合作將在國內進行，但不會僅限於國內市場……也會走進歐洲。”
Mr Wenshuan added that the self-driving cars are likely to launch first in China, as car manufacturers there are ‘moving faster.’
黨文栓補充說自動駕駛汽車有可能先在國內推廣，因爲國內的汽車製造商“發展更快”。
However, if Huawei does launch its own self-driving car, it’ll face stiff competition from several other tech giants.
然而如果華爲真的要推出自己的自動駕駛汽車，將會面臨其他科技巨頭的激烈競爭。
Google and Uber are just two of the big brands racing to get their self-driving cars on the streets.
谷歌和優步就是兩家競相要讓自己的自動駕駛汽車上路的大公司。
