在拒絕別人邀請的時候,直接一點也未免不是一件壞事,畢竟找藉口對於一些人來說也不是那麼簡單的.這麼一句"I really don't enjoy that kind of activity",就達到了目的,何樂而不爲呢?

這會兒我幫不上忙,不過以後有事我很願意幫你.
至於以後有事你真的會不會幫忙,這就不得而知了.但是至少這麼句話一說,別人聽了舒服.

"commit"詞一出,就會讓人感覺你在全心全意地工作着(give all your time and effort to your work).那麼這時誰還敢打擾你呢?

"on one's own"就是"獨立,自主"的意思.比如:
I can't carry it on my own; it's too heavy.
我無法獨自攜帶它,太重了.

在英語中呢,sb's strong suit就是指某人的特長,優勢:A field in which, or task at which, one is quite capable.
