說法話茬第11期:Agree還是Approve
【病句診斷】
The State Council agreed to the plan for the future department of tourism this year.
國務院同意了今年進一步發展旅遊業的計劃。
前期我們說到了agree to 後面接的是計劃，建議或者是提議，這個句子同意的是提議，那麼用agree to是正確的。但是我們要注意語境，句中是權利機關對某項計劃，措施，行動，方法的同意，就不能用agree這個詞，應該用approve這個詞，意思是批准通過。Agree是用於同級的人或機構之間經過討論協商取得一致意見。
