social justice就是社會公平正義，social security是社會安全。
中央政治局（Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee）委員、中央政法委（Commission for Political and Legal Affairs of the CPC Central Committee）書記（secretary）孟建柱在中央政法委員會第一次全體會議（plenary meeting）上，要求政法各部門提高守護社會平安、維護公平正義的能力，以優良的作風（a fine work style）迴應人民羣衆的新期待、新要求。
各部門必須加強工作監督，提高工作透明度（transparency），在新媒體時代（new media era）着力提升社會溝通能力（capabilities in social communications）。
