英國發明食品袋 可顯示食物是否變質
Scientists from Strathclyde University, UK, have created an intelligent food wrapping that can tell people if the contents are going bad. This new wrapping works in accordance to the oxygen level inside - it will change color if levels of oxygen rise which means the food inside is going through a natural decay。
英國斯特萊斯克萊德大學的科學家們日前發明出了一種智能食品包裝袋，人們可以通過觀察該包裝袋來判斷其內食品是否變質。據瞭解，這種新型包裝袋依據袋內氧氣含量發生變化——如果袋中食品變質，氧氣含量便會上升，包裝袋也會因此改變了顏色。
