全國72城市實現城市一卡通互通

A total of 72 cities in China are increasingly well connected through the use of a one-card pass as the country pushes for smart city initiatives, Beijing Youth Daily reported on Wednesday.

根據北京青年報週三報道，隨着我國對智慧城市建設行動的推廣，全國已實現城市一卡通互聯互通的城市共計72個。

Card users can enjoy local discount preferences for public transportation and make payments for goods and services. They can also use it to rent public bicycles and take subways in some member cities.

一卡通用戶刷卡乘公交可享受當地折扣，還可刷卡購買商品和服務。在某些城市，一卡通還可以用於租公共自行車和搭乘地鐵。

According to the IC card application service center at the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, 750 million IC cards have been issued, among which 150 million can be used in other cities that have joined the one-card pass system.

根據住房和城鄉建設部IC卡應用服務中心數據顯示，全國IC卡總髮卡量達到7.5億張，其中加入一卡通系統的1.5億張可在其他城市使用。

The ministry launched the system in 2012, attracting eight cities -- Shanghai, Ningbo, Shaoxing, Huzhou, Taizhou, Changshu, Lanzhou and Baiyin -- to adopt the system by July that year.

By 2015, more than 190 cities were undergoing preparations to join the system, including all four metropolises and 90 percent of provincial capitals, covering more than 700 million people.

A national committee, which is responsible for administrating standards for digital techniques used to build intelligent residential communities, introduced the technical standards in July 2015, and they became effective in February 2016.

一個負責智能建築及居住區數字化標準化的全國委員會介紹稱，產品技術標準已於2015年7月發佈，並於2016年2月正式實施。
