這還差不多。
說話者用這句話來表示，和先前的情況相較，對方的表現或態度現在總算比較可以讓人接受，就如同我們中文所講的“這還差不多”。例如：
A：All right, I’ll clean up the kitchen and wash the dishes.
好吧，我會打掃廚房並且清洗盤子。
B：That's more like it.

“stick”原可當粘住或固定住的意思。但是在這句片語中，“stick”可以解釋爲“停留”，“stick around”這整句片語中就是指在某個地方停留徘徊的意思。例如：
