當地時間1月30日晚，美國總統特朗普發表上任以來的首次國情諮文。
國情諮文（the State of the Union）是美國政府的施政綱領，每年年初由現任總統在國會發布，主要內容包括預算信息（budget message）、國家經濟形勢報告（economic report of the nation），總統還會介紹這一年的施政綱領（outline the legislative agenda and national priorities）。
特朗普在開場白中提到了過去一年經歷的洪水、火災和颶風，以及發生在拉斯維加斯的槍擊案。他表示，“在可怕的槍擊事件之後，我們團結在了一起，不再以共和黨人或者民主黨人的身份自居，而是共同作爲人民的代表”。他呼籲所有人，求同存異，“爲選擇了我們、需要我們服務的人民，達成我們應有的團結。”

就業 jobs
Since the election, we have created 2.4 million new jobs, including 200,000 new jobs in manufacturing alone. After years of wage stagnation, we are finally seeing rising wages.

This vital reform is necessary, not just for our economy, but for our security, and our future.

Last year, I also pledged that we would work with our allies to extinguish ISIS from the face of the Earth. One year later, I am proud to report that the coalition to defeat ISIS has liberated almost 100 percent of the territory once held by these killers in Iraq and Syria. But there is much more work to be done. We will continue our fight until ISIS is defeated.
