神奇! 7歲無臂女孩用腳完成瓶子翻轉挑戰!

A seven-year-old girl who was born with no arms successfully completes the bottle flip challenge- with her feet.

一名天生就沒有手臂的七歲女孩，用自己的雙腳成功完成了瓶子翻轉挑戰。

Sophi Green, from Utah, attempts the latest internet craze - where you throw a half full water bottle half way in the air and have it land upright - and effortlessly nails the challenge with her feet.

最近網上流傳着這樣一個熱門挑戰：將一瓶半滿的水拋到空中，讓它在翻轉後瓶口朝上豎立着落地。來自猶他州的索菲·格林用她的腳輕輕鬆鬆就完成了這項挑戰。

To prove it was not a fluke she even completes the trick twice in a row.

爲了證明這不是僥倖，她一連挑戰了兩次。

The bottle flip challenge went viral online after a high school student was filmed performing it at a talent show earlier this year.

Sophi's 11 year-old brother, Xander, introduced her to the water bottle flip and it only took her a few tries before she had mastered it.

He can be heard in the background of the video shouting his sister on and exclaiming, 'double time!' when Sophi does the trick successfully twice in a row.

Mother, Christianne said: 'Xander came running in the other room to show us the video. We were impressed, but not surprised - Sophi can do almost anything she sets her mind to.'

Sophi celebrated her success by doing the popular 'dab' dance with her legs.

挑戰成功後，索菲還用腳跳了一段時下流行的dab舞來慶祝。

The dance was made popular by American football star Cam Newton and has seen the likes of Hilary Clinton attempt it.

dab舞在美國橄欖球明星卡姆·牛頓跳過之後風靡一時，許多名人都跳過，比如希拉里·克林頓。

A dancer at heart, Sophi often showcases her moves on her very own YouTube channel. As well as the dab she has filmed herself performing the 'nae nae' - another internet phenomenon.

因爲喜歡跳舞，索菲經常在專屬於自己的YouTube頻道里表演舞蹈。除了dab舞，她還拍過自己跳的nae nae舞，這個舞現在在網上也很潮。

Adopted by Christianne Green and her husband Jeremy at the age of two, Sophi was able to adapt to the fact she was born with no arms and easily does everyday tasks with her feet.

兩歲起被克里斯安娜·格林和丈夫傑里米收養的索菲，如今已經能夠接受自己天生沒有雙臂的事實，而且光憑雙腳也已經能輕鬆完成日常生活中的所有瑣事了。

Mrs Green added: 'She liked to dance even before she learned to walk! Watching her dab is so cute. We are so proud of everything she does.'

格林夫人補充說道：“她甚至還沒學會走路就已經喜歡上跳舞了！她跳dab舞的樣子真的好可愛，她做到的一切都讓我們感到無比自豪。”
