健康生活:減肥通常不是一個人的事

If you're trying to lose weight at the moment, then you're probably trying to think about how you can find the motivation to stop eating as much and to do the exercise that you really need to do to lose those vital pounds from your bodyweight.

Join an exercise class
Although they might seem to be a little bit intimidating on your own, exercise classes can be a lot better when you're doing them with a friend.
