英國女王化身卡通人物 萌出新高度

The Queen is starring in a new children’s book to be sold in royal palaces.

伊麗莎白女王成了一本新童書的主角，這本童書將在王宮出售。

Children’s book The Birthday Crown tells the story of The Queen’s search for the perfect crown to wear on her birthday. And after suggestions from jewellers, gardeners other royal staff it’s her grandson who eventually offers the perfect crown - a paper one he’s made himself.

童書《生日王冠》講了女王想尋找一個在生日那天佩戴的完美王冠的故事，王宮裏的珠寶師、園丁和其他人都給了她建議，但最後是女王的孫子幫她找到了完美王冠——一個他自己親手製作的紙王冠。

This one is lovely. It has been sent by the royal greengrocer.

這個王冠很可愛，是由皇家蔬菜水果商送來的。

Very lovely-and very delicious. But perhaps not very regal?

The hardback book will be on sale at Buckingham Palace and Kensington Palace from April 12 ahead of The Queen’s 90th birthday on April 21. Published by the Royal Collection Trust, it has been written by David Cali with illustrations by Kate Slater and will cost ￡12.95. It features an illustration of The Queen with two corgis on the front.

從4月12日起，這本硬皮書可以在白金漢宮和肯辛頓宮買到，趕在4月21日女王的90歲生日之前開始出售。這本書由英國皇家收藏基金會出版，文字作者是大衛·卡里(David Cali)，繪圖作者是凱特·斯萊特(Kate Slater)，售價12.95英鎊，封面是女王和她的兩隻矮腳狗。
