英語教學越來越受到人們的普遍重視。隨着時代的發展和社會的進步，英語 已從一種工具變成了一種思想，一種知識庫。沒有掌握英語猶如缺乏一種思想，缺少了一個 重要的知識源泉。可以這樣說，學會英語，不但多了一雙眼睛，一對耳朵，和一條舌頭，甚 至是多了一個頭腦!因爲語言是人類思維的工具，認識世界的工具，掌握一種語言也即掌握 了一種觀察和認識世界的方法和習慣。 從日常工作中的點點滴滴，總結以下幾點反思

1、靠持續不斷的語言知識，而不是"玩"來培養學生持久的興趣 小學英語教學是要重視培養興趣，但單靠唱歌遊戲不能培養學生持久的興趣。新鮮勁兒 一過，孩子們就會厭倦。所以，唱歌遊戲應該作爲小學生學習英語語言知識、技能的一些手 Dec. 25 段，而不是培養興趣的手段。我們可以採用多種手段幫助小學生在記憶力強的時期多記單詞，多學習語言規則，並儘可能多創造模仿的機會，提高學生的語音和語調。在英語學習中，聽、 說、讀、寫、譯五種能力是可以互補的。真正做到聽說先行，讀寫跟上。光聽說不讀寫，很 難收到高效。只靠模仿不培養學習能力，也難減輕學習負擔。所以小學生還是應當認真進行 語言學習。

2、英語應用能力需要相應的詞彙。 而目前在小學的低年級的英語教學中，不要求學生掌握詞彙，而只要求學生能根據提示 或圖片說出該單詞，其本質無非是要學生們死記硬背，鸚鵡學舌。由於小學生們沒有相應的 讀音規則訓練，不熟悉詞彙的拼寫規則，單詞的音、形、意三者不能有效的結合在一起，因 而導致了單詞記憶的困難，併成了小學生學英語的困難。

3、努力培養學習興趣。 英語教師的教學重點是放在教學內容，教學大綱和考試形式上呢，還是將教學注重點轉 移到學生的性格、興趣、情緒等方面的培養和控制?這是，現代教育思想轉變的重大原則問 題。

事實證明，認爲自己"民主、開放、平靜、友好、體貼、樂於助人、聰明、富於邏輯性 和快樂"的人，一般來說，其學習英語成功的可能性要大於與上述性格相反或相差極大的學 習者。另外，在外語學習過程中，由於外界因素的影響，學習者會出現焦慮沮喪煩躁不安等 情況，英語教師作爲教學活動的組織者，應注意對外語學習者情感因素的培養和控制。尤其 是在小學的低年級階段，英語教師要培養對學生的親近感。在課堂教學中英語教師要十分尊 重學生，注意激勵學生，關注學生學習過程。

在當前"減負"工作中，英語教師尤其要注意 體察學生在課堂上的心理感受，親近學生，使學生喜愛英語教師和英語課，從而提高英語課 堂教學的效益。
