Step1. Organization of class

What does that sign mean教學反思：隨着我校課改活動緊鑼密鼓的開展，英語組全體老師們不敢有半點懈怠，個個絞盡腦汁的爲這次課改的圓滿完成獻計獻策，個個都憋足了一股勁兒，力爭讓自己的每堂課儘可能的完美。特別讓我這個組長感動的是他們的敬業精神，我們組的樑雙喜老師，年紀是當中最大的，可大家都看到了她爲了自己的六堂課順利過關，反反覆覆的分析教材教案，和老師們仔細琢磨，每天都在準備教學用具;年齡最小的黃靖瑜老師，不管自己有多忙，都能欣然接受各項艱難任務，並能虛心請教他人，將工作出色的完成;其他三位老師，也都沒有半句怨言。在教學中，老師們遇到疑問時就湊到一塊，共同探討，分析，有時爭得面紅耳赤，有時又都發出爽朗的笑聲。.....
活動自開始到結束，我們英語組老師們共上英語課12節， 其他副科8節，除了他們的音樂課外，老師們的其他課我基本都參與了聽課，現就五年級英語第十課的聽課情況進行總結與反思
