電話是現代商人越來越常用的一種交流工具，因此，瞭解一下打電話的一般禮貌要求是很有用的。打電話的基本原則是簡明扼要，切忌羅嗦，既突出不了問題，又佔用別人時間，從而引起別人反感。打電話的禮儀，拿起電話不要說Hi, 要說Hello!
情況一: 打電話的人找的是你自己
