日積月累學口語:如何用英語跟老闆談晉升

有效談升遷沒有那麼容易，請先做功課。寫下你的優勢及過去你對公司的貢獻。對於自己的工作能力，保持正面自信的態度。

與其要求老闆給你升遷，還不如展現你對公司的熱誠，願意負責更多工作任務，藉着個人努力在職場階梯上向上攀爬。注意個人禮儀及尊重他人。你可以提及自己的工作佳績，並且不要道人的長短，體現你的個人優秀特質。記住了！展現你的團隊精神很重要。

這裏有一些例子教你該跟老闆說什麼：

"I feel that I am handling my current responsibilities very well and I would like to discuss what else I can take on." 我對自己目前的工作表現很滿意，我想跟你談談關於自己未來的工作任務。

"I would like the opportunity to discuss a possible pay raise along with more work responsibilities." 我希望能藉由擔負更多的工作責任而加薪。

不該說什麼：

"I have been working very hard lately and I feel I deserve a salary increase." 我最近都在加班，所以我希望薪水能加一些。

"I am working much harder than my colleagues but I'm getting paid the same as them. I should be getting paid more." 跟其它同事比起來，我工作更努力，薪資還拿的一樣，我認爲我的薪水應該比其它人領得多。

"I've been working here so many years and I'm still earning the same salary." 我在這家公司工作很多年，薪水還是一樣。
