B: She was up to no good, I suppose. What did she say to you?

A: She said that she wanted to help me to make a fortune.

B: What did you say? Did you fall for her fast talk?

fast talk
1. 解詞釋義
Fast在美國俚語中有“圓滑的，油嘴滑舌的，靠不住的，騙人的”的意思。Fast talk這個名詞短語的意思即爲：花言巧語。
