印度男子賣掉11個月大的兒子 買了一部新手機

A man from Bhubaneshwar in Odisha sold his 11-month-old son and bought a mobile phone with the money he received in exchange.

印度奧里薩邦布巴內斯瓦爾的一名男子，賣掉了自己11個月大的兒子，用交易所得的金錢買了一部手機。

Police arrested the man, Balaram Mukhi from Bhadrak district after he sold his son for Rs 23,000. He then bought a mobile phone for Rs 2,000 and a silver anklet for his seven-year-old daughter. He spent the rest of the money on alcohol.

在他以2.3萬盧比的價格賣掉兒子後不久，警方就逮捕了這個來自巴德拉克縣、名叫巴拉阿姆·穆克希的男子。他花了2000盧比買了一部手機、爲7歲的女兒買了一根銀腳鏈，剩下的錢全部用來買酒了。

Bhadrak superintendent of police Anup Sahoo said Mukhi is a sweeper has no regular income.

巴德拉克縣警局負責人阿努普·薩霍表示，穆克希是一名清潔工，沒有固定收入。

The Times of India quoted Anup Sahoo as saying, "He works as a sweeper and seems to be habitual."

《印度時報》援引阿努普·薩霍的話稱：“他是一個清潔工，並且似乎長期酗酒。”

According to the report, Mukhi's brother-in-law Balia and an worker helped him in fixing the deal. When a couple in their sixties agreed to pay them the three culprits decided to take action.

該報道指出，穆克希的妹夫巴里亞和另一名工人幫助他完成了這筆交易。當有一對年過6旬的夫婦同意付錢買個孩子時，這三名罪犯決定採取行動。

Somnath Sethi, a retired driver with the state government, and his wife had lost their 24-year-old son in 2012.

索姆納特·塞西是一位在政府部門工作的退休司機，2012年，他和妻子失去了當時年僅24歲的兒子。

Manoj Rout, inspector-in-charge of Bhadrak town police station said, "Sethi's wife had been suffering from depression after their only son died and he had told his acquaintances to look for a child they could adopt so that his wife recovers."

巴德拉克縣的警員馬努基·魯特表示：“因爲遭受痛失獨子的沉重打擊，塞西的妻子患上了抑鬱症。於是，塞西告訴身邊的人，他要找一個可以領養的孩子，這樣他的妻子才能恢復過來。”
