高鐵盒飯太貴? 鐵總承諾儘快推出網上訂餐等服務

China Railway Corp said that it will introduce more food suppliers and offer passengers more meal options on high-speed trains, after recent media reports bashed the overpriced box lunches provided on bullet trains.

在有媒體於近日報道抨擊高鐵列車上供應的午餐盒飯價格過高之後，全國高鐵系統的運營方中國鐵路總公司表示，將引入更多的餐飲供應商，爲高鐵旅客提供更多用餐選擇。

The operator of the country's high-speed railway system said in a statement that it will build a "fair and open" online platform accessible to qualified suppliers, with a view toward letting passengers order meals directly.

鐵總在一份聲明中稱，它將搭建一個面向符合條件的供應商的公平開放的互聯網平臺，以便旅客直接點餐。

The suppliers do not need to be companies subordinate to the 18 local railway bureaus, according to the statement.

根據該聲明稱，供應商不必是18個地方鐵路局的下屬公司。

"We are currently speeding up the technical preparation for realizing the new plan to make it possible for passengers to order meals online as soon as possible," a spokesman for the company said.

鐵總一名發言人表示：“目前我們正在加快研究實施新方案的技術準備，將盡快向旅客推出網上訂餐服務。”

The price of meals on bullet trains has been a heated topic in recent years.

近些年來，高鐵列車上飯菜的價格一直是一個熱門話題。

In 2015, the railway authority requested that all bullet trains make sure there are boxed lunches available at 15 yuan and bottle water for 2 yuan at all times, after it was criticized by passengers who thought 40 yuan for a boxed lunch was too much.

2015年，在因乘客認爲40元的盒飯太多了而遭到批評之後，鐵路當局要求所有的高鐵列車要保證15元的盒裝午餐和2元的瓶裝水不得斷供。
