亞投行成員國增至103個

The number of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank members has reached 103 after the inclusion of West African country Liberia.

隨着西非國家利比里亞加入亞洲基礎設施投資銀行（亞投行），亞投行成員數量達到103個。

Liberia was approved to join the AIIB at the Fifth Annual Meeting of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, held virtually on Tuesday.

亞投行第五屆理事會虛擬年會7月28日召開，會上通過了利比里亞加入的申請。

So far 19 African countries have become approved members of the AIIB.

截至目前，亞投行的非洲國家獲批成員總數達到19個。

The increase in the number of African members demonstrates the AIIB's deep understanding of multilateralism and its ability to face challenges.

非洲成員國數量的增加表現了亞投行對多邊主義的深度理解以及面對挑戰的能力。

"We can build a more sustainable future," said Jin Liqun, who has been re-elected to a second term as president of the AIIB by the bank's Board of Governors.

理事會選舉現任行長金立羣爲亞投行第二任行長。金立羣表示：“我們有能力建立一個更加可持續的未來”。

The Board of Governors also approved the United Arab Emirates to be the host country for the AIIB annual meeting in 2021, which will be held in Dubai from Oct 27 to 28.

理事會還批准阿拉伯聯合酋長國爲2021年亞投行年會的舉辦國，2021年年會將於這一年10月27日-28日在迪拜舉行。
