There are many ways to reduce drunken tly, there should be a provision in the law to prevent people from driving when they are ndly, the mass media should also play a role in publicizing the hazards of drunken driving as well as in educating people to obey the traffic but not least, the drivers should establish a strong sense of responsibility for others as well as for themselves. After all, life is the most important.

有很多方法可以減少醉駕。首先，法律應該規定防止人們酒後駕駛。其次，大衆媒體也應該在宣傳醉駕的危險和教育人們遵守交通規則中發揮作用。最後但也同樣重要的是，司機應該爲他人和自己樹立強烈的責任感。畢竟，生命是最重要的。

　　參加培訓班是必要的

Nowadays, with the development of the society, it's greatly need the people who master integrated skills, so that there are a growing number of people attend training classes to master more skills to get a good job. However, whether people should attend training classes or not, the answers vary from person to person. As far as I am concerned, it is necessary to attend training classes for the following reasons.

如今，隨着社會的發展，社會上大大需要掌握綜合技能的人，因而越來越多的人蔘見培訓課程以掌握更多技能，從而獲得一份好工作。然而，人們應不應該參加培訓班呢?答案因人而異。在我看來，參加培訓課程是必要的，原因如下。

First of all, our society is developing rapidly, and the requirements for jobs have changed gradually. Previously, people can finish their job as long as they master a skill. But now, situations have changed. Computer skill, language ability and knowledge about law are needed for an employee, which helps them go further in their career.

首先，我們的社會發展迅速，對工作的要求也已經逐漸改變。以前，只要人們掌握一門技術就可以完成工作。但是現在，情況已經改變了。應聘者需要具備電腦技能，語言能力以及法律知識，這能幫助他們在職業生涯走得更遠。

Besides, when we attend the training class, we can meet many people work in other fields. It's a good time for us to know something new about other fields conveniently. And we can get more information about their fields that would be very helpful to our career.

除此之外，當我們參加培訓課程的時候，我們可以認識很多在其他領域工作的人。這是我們瞭解其他領域的一些新事物的好時機。而且，我們可以獲得更多關於他們領域的信息，這對我們的事業很有幫助。

Finally, all of us should hold the idea that it's never too late to learn. Learning is the only way to keep pace with the society and attending training classes may be the most effective way.

The different local dialects are actually the carrier of the language sources. In addition, they are also the intangible cultural inheritance. What's more, the broadcasting of the TV programs in local dialects is an effective way to preserve the national culture, which is conducive to the building of a more diversified cultural landscape. Lastly, the use of local dialects is a best means to hold people together. It is known that a certain group of people can be identified by the dialects they speak.

首先，電視節目應該是一個國家多元文化的完美展現，其中當地方言是重要組成部分。不同的當地方言實際上是語言資源的載體。另外，它們也是無形的文化遺產。再次，用當地方言播節目是保護國家文化的有效方法，這有助於建立更多樣化的文化景觀。最後，使用當地方言是使人們團結起來最好的方法。據瞭解，一個特定的人羣能夠通過他們說話被識別出來。

In conclusion, it is not necessary to ban the TV programs presented in local dialects, which will be helpful to foster an even more rich national culture.
