Nowadays, with the progress of the medical technology, the cure of some diseases may require the transplantation of some organs from other people. However, the reality is not so optimistic. Not so many people are willing to donate their organs. Personally, there are several major reasons.
如今，隨着醫學技術的進步，有些疾病的治療可能需要移植他人身上的器官。然而，現實不容樂觀。不是很多人願意捐贈他們的器官。我個人看來，有幾個主要的原因。
For one thing, the traditional ideas in China believe that the human body is sacred and people should die with a whole body. In other words, their bodies should be complete with no parts missing. Only in this way can the dead stay in peace. This idea is still very prevalent in the rural areas in China. For another, some legal procedures may be involved in the organ transplantation. There may be some warm-hearted people who want to do some contributions. Nevertheless, they are not so well-informed about the relative regulations and laws about the donation, which blocks their action. Therefore, the law systems should be perfected to facilitate the implementation of the transplantation. The authorities should publicize the knowledge about the policies and raise the public’s awareness.
一方面，中國傳統觀念認爲，人的身體是神聖的，人們死的時候應該擁有完整的身體。換句話說，他們的身體應該是完整而不缺少某一部分。只有這樣死者才能保持寧靜。這一想法在中國農村地區仍然十分盛行。另一方面，器官移植應該包括一些合法的步驟。有些好心人想做一些貢獻。儘管如此，他們對捐贈的相關法律法規不是很瞭解，這阻止了他們的行爲。因此，應該完善法律系統以幫助實施移植。有關當局應該公開相關政策只是，提高公衆意識。
In conclusion, the traditional thoughts and the current polices are the major reasons for people’s reluctance to donate organs.

The Internet has created a new space for human activities including writing. A growing number of people tend to record their thoughts and feelings in the blogs. So far as I am concerned, the bloggers should shoulder their responsibilities when writing blogs.

The awareness of responsibility is quit essential in the blog writing. On the one hand, the blog online has provided for us a good way to express our opinions. We are enjoying so much freedom and convenience. In the meantime, we can make friends and communicate with other people. Our vision will probably be broadened and our life will be greatly enriched. On the other hand, the bloggers should be responsible for what they've said in the blogs since the inappropriate remarks may hurt other people's feelings or even produce other serious results. Therefore, it's necessary for us to think twice before writing. Only in this way can our life be better and the Internet will be clean and healthy.

Common sense has told us that those who have successful love affairs usually possess excellent social skills. They are good at promoting an easy-going relation with their partners, which naturally result in a romantic affair. The same is true for family life. Good social skills are essential to keep family member on good terms with each other, bringing about a happy family life. Secondly, statistics show that one’s career success depends heavily on his or her social skills. Professional skills are necessary, but without good social skills, a good teamwork is hardly imaginable, which would undoubtedly hinder the full play of professional skills. Examples are not rarely seen from people who are talented and have reached high level of academic development, but have finally come to nothing due to their poor social skills.

In conclusion, if we are to lead a happy life and succeed in career, we must improve ourselves in such social skills as the skill in communicating on a feeling level, the skill in developing and using interpersonal relations and so on.
總之，如果我們想要過上幸福生活並在事業上取得成功，就必須提高我們的社交技能，如在感覺層次上的溝通技能，以及發展和使用人際關係的技能等等。
