國務院週三採取新措施幫助中國資金緊缺的小型微型企業，保證更強的金融、財政支持以使他們走出現在的經濟困境。

中小型企業創造了中國80%的就業機會，但是在獲得銀行貸款上困難重重，因爲中國的銀行更傾向於貸款給大公司，尤其是國有公司。

據新華網的調查，至少有80名溫州商人因爲個人債權人從民間借貸市場撤資陷入資金鍊崩潰而自殺或是跑路，導致逾百億人民幣(約12億美元)的債務作廢。
