跟學最新口語熱詞:小微企業

深受關注的“小微企業”，成爲5日中國總理溫家寶在十一屆全國人大五次會議上所作政府工作報告中的新詞。溫家寶在報告中共7次提及小微企業。在回顧去年經濟工作時，他提到“重點支持實體經濟特別是小型微型企業”，在就業方面“一些企業特別是小型微型企業經營困難增多”。

China will deepen the reform of its financial systems by improving services for small and micro businesses and making Renminbi convertible under capital accounts, according to a report distributed to the media Monday morning.

中國將通過提升對小微企業的服務以及使人民幣在資本賬戶下可兌換，深化金融體制改革。

文中的small and micro businesses就是指“小微企業”，medium-sized and small enterprises（中小企業）劃分爲medium-sized（中型）、small size（小型）、minisize（微型）三種類型，具體標準根據enterprise jobholders（企業從業人員）、business income(營業收入)、total assets(資產總額)等指標，結合industry characteristics(行業特點)制定。

當前，small and micro businesses（小微企業）的發展受到了社會各界的廣泛關注。溫家寶總理明確提出要支持the real economy（實體經濟），特別是支持小微企業發展。小微企業是我國national economy（國民經濟）增長和發展的主要動力。支持小微企業健康發展，對於stable employment(穩定就業)、expand the domestic demand(擴大內需)、改善distribution relations(分配關係)、實現國民經濟平穩較快發展具有重要戰略意義。
