司法拍賣英語怎麼說
名詞解釋:司法拍賣，即人民法院在民事案件強制執行程序中，按程序自行進行或委託拍賣公司公開處理債務人的財產，以清償債權人債權。你知道怎麼用英語表達嗎?

Ouyang Shuying, deputy secretary-general of the China Association of Auctioneers, said on Thursday the online auctions violated laws and regulations on judicial sales, and warned that such activities could disturb the market order.
中國拍賣協會副祕書長歐陽樹英週四表示，此次網拍違反了司法拍賣的有關法律法規，並稱此舉會擾亂市場秩序。
上文中的judicial sale就是“司法拍賣”，也可用judicial/court auction來表示，指人民法院將查封、扣押、凍結的被執行人財產(sealed, seized and frozen assets of the defendant)，在被執行人逾期不履行義務時，依法以公開競價的方式賣與出價最高的競買人，並用所得金額清償債務的執行行爲，是人民法院執行中的一種強制處分措施。
很多網民都認爲通過淘寶這樣的third-party platform(第三方平臺)進行司法拍賣能夠increasetransparency(提高透明度)並且 prevent under-the-table operations(杜絕暗箱操作);而歐陽樹英則指出Taobao is not a qualified auctioneer(淘寶不具備拍賣資質)，這樣做會disturb the market order(擾亂市場秩序)。
