怎樣寫一封中英自薦信

怎樣寫一封中英自薦信

個人資料

1)名稱，有四種寫法：Personal, Personal Information, Other Information, Additional　　　Information。無論是教育背景、工作經歷，還是個人資料，既可以首字母大寫，也可以全部字母大寫，還可以全部字母小寫。另外，名稱可以寫在最左側，也可居中。

2)語言，有幾個層次。“Native speaker of”指母語;從嚴謹的角度講，“Fluent in”顯得更流利“English as working language”顯得不非常流利，但可信度更高;“Some knowledge of”會一些，沒有把握的千萬別寫。在面試中，語言是最輕鬆的、最容易被測試的，一旦被考倒，他會認爲你在撒謊，甚至認爲通篇都有很多撒謊的地方。

3)電腦，如果幾個軟件，有的熟練，有的熟悉，建議只寫軟件名。完全沒把握的，一點兒不熟悉的，千萬不要寫。不要以爲沒有電腦，就不會考你，他也會考你一兩個關鍵用法。如果真的用的很多，不妨用“Frequent user of”。

4)資格證書，最需要注意的是，有些人將註冊會計師籠統地翻譯成CPA，但全世界各國都有自己CPA，有些是互不承認的，所以一定要寫上國別，寫明考取年份。TOEFL、GRE和GMAT，我們建議都不寫，因爲一般外企公司不願意僱用很快就要出國的人。

5)興趣愛好

Ⅰ寫強項。弱的一定不要寫，面試人員說不定對哪個項目感興趣，有時會跟你聊兩句，一旦是你的弱項，很尷尬的，顯出窘態，喪失自信，這對你是很不利的。更重要的是，他會覺得你在撒謊。

Ⅱ要寫也只寫兩到三項。因爲極少有人在很多方面都很強。當然，確實有的人七八樣都玩得挺好的，但一般人不相信個人的強項有特別多，所以你也沒必要寫那麼多，以免給人輕浮的感覺。

Ⅲ不具體的愛好不寫，如sports、music、reading。大家不知道你喜好什麼，或者讓大家覺得你根本就沒有真正的愛好，更糟糕的是，人們會認爲你的寫作水平很差。

Ⅳ舉幾個用詞。如travel，如果你喜歡旅行，而有些工作需要經常出差，那麼你寫上travel是非常有利的;有些女性寫上cooking，是很實事求是的，也給人以踏實的感覺，對於象祕書這樣的職位，總是有好處的。
