許多朋友在工作中都經常使用傳真機。在實際使用過程中傳真機有時會出故障，可面對液晶顯示屏上“似曾相識”的英文提示往往忽略或無法區分，根本不懂傳真機在“說什麼”，導致誤操作，大大影響工作效率。其實把傳真機液晶顯示屏上的英文提示弄懂，就可以把傳真機的常見故障瞬間排除，也不會耽誤工作了。今天就來給大家總結一下傳真機上常出現的幾個英語提示。

Clean up scanner，這表示“掃描頭有污點，需清洗”。

Communication error，表示“通信錯誤，傳輸信號不好”，可以重試一次。

Cutter jam，表示傳真紙卡在切刀處，就是大家常說的“卡紙”了。

Document jam，這個提示要和上一個區分開，是指文件被卡住，表示文件沒有放對或文件太長。這時也可能同時顯示“Total errors”，也表示總錯誤數(文件太長)。

Recording1 paper jam，這是指“記錄紙堵塞”。而Clear paper jam表示的是“供紙器缺紙”，或者同上述的，“機器內部有卡紙現象”，不要搞混了。

Junk mail prohibitor，“禁止垃圾郵件編程”，表示所傳輸文件中包含危險信息。

Over temperature，表示“傳真機溫度高”。也有的會顯示Unit overheated，是一個意思。
