[正] According to the state law, both rich and poor are taxed.
注：兩種語言的表達順序往往存在差異，而且都是約定俗成的，不容改變。又如：前後（back and forth），新
舊（old and new），悲歡（joy and sorrow），血肉（flesh and blood），鋼鐵（iron and steel），興衰（fall and rise），南北（north and south）等。
