2. 詢問職業
What's your occupation/profession/job?
你的職業是什麼？
Where do you work?
你在哪兒工作？
像漢語一樣，這句話也有兩個意思。一種是說你的公司的位置，你可以回答說:"I'm working in Beijing."（我在北京工作）；另一種意思就是問你所工作的公司的名字。
What's your position?
你的職業是什麼？
position常用來形容你的職位。問這個問題的人早已知道了你的職業，他所感興趣的是你具體的職位。
What's your title?
你的頭銜是什麼？
title和上一句的position又有些差別，它的意思是問你的“頭銜”，它比職位更加具體一些。
What do you do (for a living)?
你是做什麼的？
生活在這個社會裏，你以什麼養家餬口呢？想知道別人的謀生之路，你應該這樣問:"What do you do for a living?"這是詢問別人所從事的職業的一種最常見的方法之一。
