求職時，學歷比經驗更重要。

Knowledge is a key factor in one's future. Without being well-educated, you are not able to do many jobs which need special and professional knowledge and skills. Therefore, a diploma can be a benchmark to judge a person's ability.

知識決定命運。沒有良好的教育，你就不能夠做許多和專業知識及能力相關的工作，因此學歷是判斷一個人能力的標準。

In my opinion, exerience can be gained gradually after graduation. However, for some professional knowledge, the situation is totally different. Sometimes, it will take a long time to absorb and need a teacher's guidance. When you enter the working field , you will have a limited time to study. Therefore, I think as a student, the most important thing for us is to achieve a higher degree which can be an advantage for us to compete with others.

在我看來，經驗能在畢業之後慢慢獲得。然而對於一些專業的知識而言，情況就大不相同了。有時候這些知識會花費很長時間去理解，而且還需要老師的指導。當你有個工作之後，你的學習時間就非常的有限了。因此，作爲一個學生，對我們來說最重要的事情就是獲得高學歷，這是我們和他人進行競爭的優勢所在。

Nowadays, more and more employers tend to employ those people who have relative experience with their future jobs. Therefore, in order to gain a comprative edge in job-seeking, we should pay more attention to gain experience than to pursue a high degree.

現在，越來越多的招聘者傾向於那些對未來工作有一定經驗的人。因此，想要在找工作中高人一籌，我們應該更加註重增長經驗，而不是一味地追求高學歷。

A high degree does not stand for strong ability in job performance. However, with more experience in working, we can realize which skills are needed and which ones are not, and we can learn with a certain and clear objective, But we have no such a clear objective when are at school. Most students waste a lot of time on some courses which are not necessary in their future jobs.

高學歷並不代表在工作中的高能力。然而，如果我們有更多的經驗，我們就會意識到哪些技能是我們需要的，哪些是我們不需要的，從而我們就有了一個明確的目標。但是我們在上學的時候是不會在有這樣清晰的目標的。許多學生在一些對以後的工作沒有幫助的課程上浪費了很多的時間。
