I enjoyed an amazing service when I went to a hot-pot restaurant. Itbelongs to a famous chain of restaurants. I remembered that it happened on oneday two years ago. Actually, this was the best service Iexperienced. She showed professional service attitude to an “abnormal” customersince usually people who go to hot-pot restaurants are in groups, or withfriends.

She didn’t show any surprised expression to me. Above that, she offeredsuper considerate and nice service all the time. She even tried her best tocomfort me in the end, giving me a discount or saying some encouraging did more than a standard and qualified service requires. After leaving therestaurant, I recognized that I was back to the track of normal state suddenly.I will appreciate the experience forever.

Let me talk about the experience in an Apple Store. I had a small MacBookPro which I had used for three years. One day in April, the machine could notwork without warning. I tried various methods but couldn’t solve the problem, soI sent it to the nearest Apple Store, which was located in the Wangfujing. Thatshop was newly-opened and it was quite spacious and there were not many peoplewaiting. There was a young man who took mylaptop, and checked it thoroughly.
