面試英語之面試技巧回答（二）
在外企面試中有些問題可能會讓你覺得比較擅長回答，有些則讓你十分苦惱，但不管怎麼樣，無論問題簡單還是複雜能夠清晰流暢的回答，並能準確的表達自己的觀點則需要一些方法和技巧。
1. Can we offer you a career path?
我們能夠給你提供職業道路嗎？
A. I believe you could, once I know the normal progression within the organization. Can you tell me about it?" The answer may be revealing.
（這樣的回答不是很推薦）
2. What are your greatest strengths?
你的最有利的優勢是什麼？
A. "I can see what needs to be done and do it.”
我明白需要做的並完成它。
B. "I’m wiling to make decisions.”
我傾向於做決定。
C. "I work well with others.”
我可以很好的和其他人一起搭檔工作。
D. "I can organize my time efficiently."
我能有效的管理我的時間。
3. What are you greatest weakness?
你最大的劣勢是什麼？
A. "I tend to drive myself hard.”
我傾向於對自己要求過於嚴格。
B. "I expect others to perform beyond their capacities.”
我期望其他人表現得超出他們能力之上。
C. "I like to see a job done quickly.
我喜歡看到工作很快被完成。
4. What you didn’t like about previous jobs you’ve held?
你不喜歡以前工作的哪些方面？
A. Discuss the things you didn’t like, but avoid making slighting reference to any of your former employers.
（注意不要提及你之前的僱傭者）
5. How do you spend your leisure time?
你怎麼度過業餘時間？

（多提及一些你能做的業餘活動）
there any weaknesses in your education or experience?
在你的教育或經歷中有任何的弱勢嗎？
stock of your weaknesses before the interview. Practice discussing them in a positive light. You’ll find that they are minor when discussed along with all the positive things you have to offer.
