1) close call 有兩個意思：

1.1) something dangerous almost happened 差點出了事

I almost got hit by a car today, but Bob pushed me out of the way and saved my life! Phew, that was a close call! 我今天差點被車撞!幸好Bob推了我一把﹐ 救我一命! 好險啊!

1.2) a close competition 勝負難分的比賽

3) call the shots 做最後決定

4) Let's call it a day 我們今天就到這兒吧
